Delivery

*Last date for orders guaranteed to arrive before Christmas is Friday 20th December at midday.*

*We are sorry but the deadline for Christmas monogramming orders has now passed. Any monogramming orders will now be sent in January. 

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within the same or next working day by Royal Mail Tracked 48, for delivery within 48 hours. If for some reason there is a delay or the item you have ordered is out of stock, then we will contact you.

If you have selected "Express" shipping at checkout, these orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, for delivery within 24 hours, if ordered by 2pm. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, will be sent on Monday.

If you have ordered something to be monogrammed, please note that this will take an additional 12-14 days to send. 

Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions / in the run up to Christmas, the delivery times quoted may be extended. If you have specific delivery instructions please let us know – we will do our best to accommodate you.

*Free shipping within the UK for orders over £250.00

Express Delivery 

Last date for Express shipping for Christmas orders is Friday 20th December at midday. Express Shipping (24hr delivery) is now available within the UK and costs £8.99. Orders must be placed before 2pm. 

Monogramming

Please note that monogramming takes an additional 12-14 days. The deadline for Christmas monogramming orders has now passed and orders for monogramming will now be sent in January. 

Collection

If you would like to 'collect in person', we are located in a little village called East Sharcott, just 5 minutes from Pewsey. We are here most days between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday or please email us info@sarahk.co.uk or Telephone: 01672 216767 and we can arrange a time that suits you.

Worldwide Delivery

We deliver worldwide from the UK and are always delighted to receive orders from overseas customers. 

Please note that when you place an order from overseas the shipping amount listed is an estimate and may change depending on the size and weight of your order and destination. We may need to contact you if the shipping quote is over this estimate. We are always happy to cover some of the additional costs if the shipping rate exceeds the estimate.

Please note, we always require an email address and a local telephone number for the destination for overseas orders.

For all overseas orders, the customer will be responsible for paying any import duties.
